I created and managed the “Meet the Doulas” monthly event that connects families with birth and postpartum doulas. I also managed the development of Bloom Spokane’s scholarship program for low-income women to receive free or reduced-cost doulas and childbirth education classes. I developed the guidelines, application, and selection processes. I fundraised, solicited donations from providers, and maintained the “scholarship” section of the website.
